Adukale Tarakaari Gojjina Powder 200g

Ingredients : Black Gram Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Coriander, Red Chillies, Copra, Fenugreek, Cumin, Asofoetida, Tamarind, Turmeric, Rice Flour,  Sugar, Salt, Mustard, Black Pepper, Vegetable Cooking Oil, and Malic Acid.

Cooking Method :

  • Cut 250 gms of vegetables of your choice. (Best Suited Vegetables – Pineapple, Okra, Capsicum, Onion, Tomato, Bitter Gourd)
  • Prepare a tempering of 1 tsp of Mustard, Curry Leaves, and 2 half cut red chillies in 2 tsp of cooking oil
  • Saute the vegetables with a pinch of salt for quicker cooking till they are cooked. Add water till the level of cooked vegetables and boil
  • To this boiling mixture add 3-4 tsp of Adukale Tarkari Gojjina Powder and boil for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve with Chapati, Rice, or Pooris
