Adai and Moong Dosa batters
Whether it is a single lentil dosa batter like the Moong or lentil combination like Adai, these batters provide you with the power of protein to carry you through the day. The moong batter is made with whole green moong and rice while the Adai batter combines four lentils and rice. They are mildly spiced to balance the natural flavors of fermented lentils, ground to the right texture and offered in a easy to store container for your use. Both varieties are certified Gluten-Free by competent authority!

Shastha Foods brings these natural bounties in their millet batter range for your benefit. Our single millet batters are the Sorghum and Pearl millet batters. They are rich in minerals like, potassium, iron, etc. The hard millets combined with soft lentil, provide a hearty meal by themselves. Have it with spinach and lentil soup to complete the experience. These are certified Gluten-Free and people with gluten intolerance can confidently use these.
Our Multi Millet Dosa and Multi Millet Adai batters are the energy source to power you through the day. They provide the benefit of four different millets and lentils for you to relish and savor. The multi millet adai is mildly spiced to balance the natural flavors of fermented lentils. They also carry the Gluten-Free certification from a competent authority.

Made with whole grain Oats groats, rice and lentil, processed in the traditional way to convert the hard to digest nutrients in grains to easily digestible form, the batter offers the wholesome taste of oats and traditional grains. This is the only product in our batter range that is NOT Gluten-Free. Produced in dedicated machines and packed using a carefully monitored manual operation, we assure that each product is unique in taste, flavor and quality.
