Where do you deliver?
At the present time, Shastha Online delivers to all U.S. states, except Hawaii and Alaska. All deliveries will be made to bona fide residential or commercial addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Do I have to be home to get my orders?
Shastha Online is currently using FedEx service which does not require a customer signature. Therefore you do not have to be home to receive your groceries.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you can call our customer support within 2 hours. The phone number is on the web-site.
Is there a fee if I cancel a confirmed order?
Shastha Online gives you a two hour window to cancel or change your order through our customer support. After this time, we will try to stop your shipment in our warehouse, if possible. If we are unable to stop the shipment, we will have to charge you the shipping charges to retrieve the packages and credit the balance amount to your account from which you have purchased
What do I do if I Forget My Password?
On the Shastha online sign in page, Click on “Forgot your password?” You will then be given a chance to enter your registered Email Address and have your password sent to you.
Can I change my email address?
Shastha Online allows you to update your account information. You can update your email address, credit card bill to address, and ship to address by clicking on “My Account” and then “Update Account”. Please remember that this is the place you change your bill to address if you have recently moved.
Methods of Payment:
Shastha Online accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and the Discover Card. We use PayPal for payment processing (you do not need a PayPal account to complete your orders, they just handle the payment process, feel free to use your credit/debit cards!)
We do not accept Cash. On Delivery (C.O.D).
You do not need to be home to receive your Shastha Online packages. With the FedEx “Driver Release” program, if you are not home, FedEx drivers will leave your order at your doorstep, so long as they feel it will be safe. Apartment dwellers please note: FedEx drivers should have access to a lobby or a doorman.
View your order history
Shastha Online makes it convenient for you to view your ordering history online. At the bottom of the web-site home page, under the section “My Account”, Click “Order History” to review your orders.
Shopping Cart
The shopping cart, located on the Top right of the Shastha Online site. It shows the items you have added to your cart as well as total order value of the products in your cart. You may change the quantity of the selected item changing the number in the quantity field and pressing your enter key. To remove an item from your cart, change the quantity to ‘0’ and update the cart.
Insurance Cover for Orders
We have worked with Route Insurance that customers can Opt-in at the time of checkout. The actual insurance coverage charges will depend on the value of the order and will be highlighted. Though it adds by default, customers can remove it if they dont want to get insurance coverage. This is a facility that we provide, just in case shipments get lost/damaged in transit.
