Free Shipping: The total value of each invoice must be over US $ 60. The entire order must be shipped to a single residential or Commercial address.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times for standard orders are : Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. Orders placed on Fridays and over the week-end will be shipped out the following week.
West Coast : 2 – 3 business days
Mid-West : 3 – 4 business days
South West : 4 - 5 business days
East & South East : 5 –6 business days
We reserve the right to choose the shipping method to ensure delivery to your doorstep. We usually ship by FEDEX, UPS or US Postal Service.
Please note that if your package is returned by the Shipper as ‘Undeliverable’, you are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping charges, unless the mistake in shipping is due to oversight by Shastha Online.
Store Pickup: We offer 'Store Pick up' facility from our Warehouse (Currently only one location) for customers in and around the Bay Area. While Checking out, choose the Store Pick up Option and enter the Date and Time per the 'Menu Options' and you can come and collect your ordered products.Â
Shastha Online & Shastha Foods reserves the right to restrict an ‘Upper’ buyng limit on any items, especially if the items are priced to promote sales.
Out of Stock or Back Ordered items: It is possible that your order may have items that are currently back ordered or Out-of-Stock. In such cases, it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via email or call. If you do not want substitutes, kindly send an email to advise us.
