Adukale Vangi (Brinjal/Eggplant) Bhath Powder 200g

Ingredients : Black Gram Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Red Chillies, Copra, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Coriander, Cloves, and Vegetable Cooking Oil
Cooking Method :
- Cut 250 gms of Vegetables of your choice. (Suitable vegetables – Brinjal, Capsicum, Potato, French Beans, Double Beans, Carrots, Peas, Methi Leaves, Cabbage)
- Heat about 75 ml of cooking oil in a pan.
- Season with 1 tsp of Mustard, 2-3 half cut red chillies and curry leaves
- Add the cut vegetables to the pan containing the hot seasoning. Sprinkle ½ tsp of salt and cover the pan
- Allow it to cook on a medium flame
- To the cooked vegetables add 4-5 tsp of Adukale Vangi Bhath Powder. Add Salt, Tamarind Juice to your taste and stir it on a low flame for about 3 minutes
- To this add 700 gms of cooked rice and ½ tsp of sugar. Mix it well on a low flame
- Serve it hot
