Ingredients : Rice, Vegetable Cooking Oil, Mustard, Bengal Gram Dal, Black Gram Dal, Red Chillies, Cumin, Green Chillies, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Coriander Oil, Salt, and Sugar

Cooking Method

Keep 2 ½ measures of water to boil along with 2-3 tsp of vegetable oil
Measure means a cup or container of your choice
When the water starts to boil, add ½ measure of grated coconut and allow it to boil
To this boiling mixture, add 1 measure of Adukale Akki Tari Upma mix
Stir until there are no lumps and the mixture is consistently thick
Cook for 1-2 minutes on a low flame. To this add ½ measure of grated coconut and cover it for a few minutes
Serve it hot with Ghee
