HOW TO USE / COOKING : To use - Cook or saute veggies and keep aside. Add 3-4 tbsp of Instant Mor Kuzhambu podi to about 1.5 cups of water and mix well. Add this to cooked / sauteed veggies and boil till it starts thickening. Add salt to taste and a small bit of jaggery. Switch off. Add thick, beaten sour curd without lumps. Do not boil after adding curd. The heat in the mixture is sufficient. Adjust quantity by adding more or less curd as you require.
