Shipping Protection:  
We do have an option,where customers can choose 'Shipping Protection' at the time of checkout for a nominal charge. In the event, packages are stolen/lost, customers can contact us, using the menu option 'Shipping Protection' under ' My Account' in the Home Page  . After due diligence with our freight forwarders/carriers, we will either ship a replacement product or reimburse, depending on the product/location of the customer.
