HOW TO USE / COOKING : To use - To a vessel, add the pre washed rice/dal mix and 6 times water. Boil gently until cooked.Once cooked, add the jaggery pack fully.Mix until melted , Add 3-4 tbsp ghee and fry the cashews and raisins and garnish. Serve hot ! This also works in a pressure cooker, with 4 times water. Consistency comes out better in open pot.
