Description : Stone grounded yellow corn flour / corn meal is used to make corn bread, Makki di Roti, multigrain recipes and deep fry batters. Major use is in Mexican tortillas, tacos and nachos. The natural bran, germ and oils in the grain are kept intact to retain the fibre, protein and vitamins.
